Philadelphia NAACP are proud supporting partners of this event! This event is free and open to the public. InLiquid, Juvenile Law Center, and photographer Richard Ross, are collaborating on a multi-site exhibition of Ross’ photographs, audio recordings of detained youth, and a replica of a solitary confinement cell. Satellite venues and partners include Eastern State Penitentiary, U-Penn Law, and the African American Museum in Philadelphia, with the main exhibit to open at the Free Library of Philadelphia’s Parkway Central Library…
